Email and Text Messaging

Workway, Inc. utilizes email and text messages to share valuable information with individuals regarding career searches, employment opportunities, and special benefits available to them.  Individuals may choose to opt-out of these email and text message distributions

Site Logs and Web Statistics

Workway, Inc. collects statistical information in aggregate regarding the utilization of its website. Such information is used to provide enhanced support and service offerings. Workway, Inc. does not associate aggregate statistical information with personal information such as names or addresses, and Workway, Inc. does not seek to determine the usage patterns of individuals within our websites.

California Consumer Privacy Act

The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) requires us to provide additional privacy-related information to residents of California, effective January 1, 2020.

We do not sell personal information. Nevada residents may mail questions regarding our practices relating to personal information by writing to us at Nevada Data Request (Legal Department), 327 W Broadway, Glendale, CA 91204.

 

Other Jurisdictions

Under the laws of some jurisdictions, you may have the right to request additional information about the Personal Information we collect, request access to the Personal Information we process, correct an error or omission, delete Personal Information, or object or limit further processing. Workway will retain your Personal Information for as long as required to provide the services or complete the transactions for which your Personal Information was collected. Workway will also retain data for as long as legally required or allowed to do so for compliance obligations, and dispute resolutions.
